Welcome to our school

Centennial Park School caters to highschool students of all levels. The school provides personalised educational programs and support for students in years 7-12 who have been diagnosed with mental health problems and/or disorders.

Community

Centennial Park School provides access to a wide range of community and support services including counselling, fitness, and study programs.

 

Support

Centennial Park School provides support for our students both academically, and through access to services to assist with mental health.

 

Transition

The Centennial Park School (CPS) program is open ended. Integration, transition to another educational program or post HSC transition pathways support, is offered on a personalised basis.
